Barclays Germany approached us with a requirement to upload pdf newsletters to the web, as well as providing a solution to show their current flash monthly magazine. Following on from France’s successful email marketing campaign, they wanted a similar installation too.
They required a search and archive function and a CMS.
We advised that we should create a CMS which allowed them to create each page of their newsletter from templates using inline editing, this way they could see the page coming to life as they added to it.
The CMS allows them to upload video, images, text and links – it gives them all the tools to create rich dynamic content for their subscribers. Their journalists can log in to the system and complete articles, once their article is completed, they sign it off and the editor can track the progress through the current edition.
